The ideal candidates will have some construction, drywall, painting, carpet and furniture cleaning, or water, fire, and smoke damage restoration experience. Experience in theses areas are preferred but not required for consideration.
Working environments are often very hot, humid, wet and possibly infested with mold, so candidates must be willing to work in full protective gear, (hooded tyvek suit, heavy duty rubber gloves and rubber boots) with full face respirator.
We are looking for candidates who hold one or more of the following certifications: Certified Mold Remediators (CMR), Certified Mold Technicians (CMT), Certified Mold Inspectors (CMI), Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT), Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician(FSRT) and/or Water Restoration Technicians (WRT). Lack of certifications does not automatically exclude you from consideration. We are willing to train and certify qualified applicants.
